Acting Out
Acting Out is the performance group drawn from LGBTQ+ community in Dublin. Based at Outhouse, Dublin the group has two strands; A community based theatre strand with weekly classes and a professional production strand. Acting Out was the winner of the National GALA Award for Irish Arts and Literature in 2017 and again in 2020. Recent productions have included, The Death of me (Hilton Edwards award 2022) Best Served Cold, The Decriminalisation Monologues (nominated for Best New Play, Brighton Fringe, Greater Manchester Fringe and the Inspiration Award from Prague Fringe Festival)
