Abor & Tynna

Abor & Tynna (real names Attila Bornemisza and Tünde Bornemisza) are an Austrian–Hungarian–Romanian sibling music duo from Vienna, active since 2016 in the genres of pop, hip-hop, and electronic music.

They come from an artistic family—their father is a cellist with the Vienna Philharmonic. Both siblings received musical training: Attila studied cello, while Tünde studied flute and participated in competitions.

In 2016, they began recording their first tracks, originally under the name Geborn. Tünde took on the role of singer and lyricist (under the stage name Tynna), while Attila focused on production and arrangement (under the name Abor). In 2020, they declined an invitation to participate in the Austrian national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest due to a lack of live performance experience.

At the end of 2024, the music label Jive Germany supported their participation in the German preliminary selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. Out of more than 3,000 applicants, they advanced through several rounds (including a semifinal performance of Adele’s Skyfall) to reach the final in March 2025. They proceeded to the superfinal with the song Baller, securing their place as Germany’s representatives.

The track Baller was released in January 2025 by Jive Records as an A-side, accompanied by the B-side Songs gehasst. It was also included on their debut album Bittersüß, released in February 2025.
