Radio Two celebrates its 82nd birthday. As every year, they organize a special concert on this occasion – Philip Glass live. Glass’s songs are simply the perfect embodiment of the 80’s music, with their tendency to slightly archaic synthesizers (which are then fashion), vocal exaggeration, and sound cosiness. We do not claim that Glass’s trinkets are masterpieces. However, we want to immerse ourselves – just like the creators of the series “Stranger Things”, who used the monumental theme of the fifth song "Open The Kingdom" - in the atmosphere of the 80s to feel this kind of pastiche, electro-retro, glamor and a little musical perversion, and kitsch.
