They say that it doesn't matter how you start, it matters how you finish. That's why the celebration of the 40th anniversary of Chorzów's Leśniczówka will end with a bang—or rather, with a severe thud. The venue's Summer Stage will feature death metal legends Decapitated, with support from local thrash veterans Horrorscope and local acts Moyra and Uerberos.

Decapitated is a Polish technical death metal band, considered one of the most important acts in the genre—Alternative Press once suitably described them as 'death metal elite'. The band's leader and sole constant member is guitarist Wacław "Vogg" Kiełtyka, who founded the band in 1996 at the age of just 15; the first Decapitated line-up was completed by his then 13-year-old brother—the immensely talented drummer Vitek, as well as vocalist Sauron and bassist Marcin Rygiel. Just three years later, they were already recording their debut material for the cult metal imprint Earache Records, which was released in 2000 as Winds of Creation. Throughout the 2000s, Decapitated toured with the likes of Suffocation, Six Feet Under and Fear Factory and released three more albums that achieved classic status; however, the band's streak came to a brutal end in 2007 with a tragic car accident that killed Vitek and left the band's then-vocalist Covan with serious injuries that would not allow him to return to the stage. However, Decapitated endured, returning to the stage with a new line-up two years later—since then, they have released four more albums, the latest being 2022's Cancer Culture; they have also toured alongside Soulfly or Lamb of God. Their more recent output has incorporated elements of groove metal into their techdeath sound, with Cancer Culture featuring members of Jinjer and Machine Head.

Chorzow-based band Horrorscope was founded in 1997; after more than two decades of activity, they have six studio albums to their credit, as well as shows with Megadeth, Testament, Fear Factory, Kreator, Soulfly, Flotsam&Jetsam, Hatesphere and Napalm Death. Horrorscope's sound remains firmly rooted in classic thrash metal; they are among the genre's most recognizable Polish acts.

Moyra is a band founded in 2017 by vocalist Margo Szkoda-Hreczuch. Moyra is the child of many years of experience and was formed with the idea to create something new and fresh on the Polish metal scene. Conceptually, they tie their work to the mythical story of Moyra, the goddesses who wield power over human and divine life. Moyra presents a solid dose of energetic music, telling the story of one man, the whole world and the great forces of nature, without which mankind would have no sense of existence. The band has played many concerts at festivals such as Pol'and'Rock, Uwolnić Muzykę and Beer Fest alongside bands such as Vader, Percival Schuttenbach and Infected Rain. The line-up closes with Uerberos, a death metal band from Zory, Silesia, formed in 2015 by former members of the band Inset. They debuted with the LP Tormented by Faith in 2017, released through Immortal Souls Productions and compared by the press to the likes of Immolation and Sinister. In 2020, they released their second album, Stand Over Your Grave, with much more brutal and technical music that took cues from black and experimental metal.
