Żmij

Żmij is a five-person music band, performing their own interpretations of traditional music and original songs inspired by the Slavic folklore. The band did not take its name from the world of Slavic tales and myths by accident. The snake-shaped creature perfectly reflects the spirit of magic they try to create during their concerts. The group is made up of enthusiasts of old beliefs and native mythology, who decided to mix folk lyrics and melodies with their own. They are full of ghosts, dreams and blood-curdling images, but also moving stories about unfulfilled love.
