Witching
Formed in 2017 in Philadelphia, the five-piece Witching play eclectic sludge metal that incorporates doom and black influences. Consisting of Jacqui Powell (vocals), Nate Zagrimanis (guitar), Tatiana Buonassisi (bass), Samantha Hyla (drums), and Hazel Whitman (guitar), the outfit debuted with a self-titled EP in 2018 before releasing the studio album Vernal in 2020. Their second LP Incendium is due to arrive on 29 September 2023.
