Ingested

Ingested are a brutal death metal band from Manchester formed in 2006. They like slam death metal with some of the heaviest riffs in the world, they like blastomania close to late 90s death metal, but they also reach for contemporary deathcore touches. They debuted in 2009 with the album Surpassing the Boundaries of Human Suffering; since then they have released six more, the most recent of which is 2022's Ashes Lie Still.
