Divokej Bill

Divokej Bill is a Czech folk rock band from Úval, Prague-East, founded by singer Vaclav Blaha in 1998. The band has toured with bands such as Čechomor (10:20 Connection Tour), Tři sestry (Turné pro radost) and toured England with the band The Levellers.

The first album was released in 2000 under the title Propustka do pekel, from which singles such as Plakala and Rozárka are known.* The second album, Svatá pravda (2001), brought them the opportunity to go on the great Staropramen Tour together with Žlutý psem. On the third album Mezi nima (2003) the band used synthesizers for the first time. The pilot single Znamení opened the band's way to the radio; meanwhile, it won a Gold Record for ten thousand sales. The band received positive feedback for Tsunami (2017). On May 5, 2023, they released an album, named Bazilišek.
