Terms of Purchase for VIP tickets
All VIP packages are non-transferable, with no name changes, refunds, or exchanges—all sales are final. This offer is not valid for Fan-to-Fan Resale tickets. 2-3 days before your show you will receive an email with instructions from your ticket provider, VIP programming may begin 3–4 hours before showtime. VIP merchandise may be shipped or picked up on-site; items distributed at the event cannot be shipped later, and shipped items are not guaranteed to arrive before the show.
