A story of a marvelous 18-year-old Harold and 18-year-old noble Maude.

It is hard to imagine the two opposing characters: Harold, a teenager from the upper middle class, does not tolerate the formally perfect lifestyle of his dominant mother. He storms and draws attention to himself with a series of demonstrative suicides and resistance against conventions, manifested by all means. The adorable lady Maude, after a rich and seemingly adventurous life, follows the slogan: "Today you are here and tomorrow you will not." Every moment of life lives full and, for the first time, with unbreakable vitality and conviction that it is human duty to restore the world to goodness .

Harold and Maude will meet at the funeral for a few days. Their story has been entertaining and encouraging readers, film and theater audiences since the 1970s. It was then presented by screenwriter C. Higgins as his 20-minute film screenplay at the end of film studies. From the screenplay, the famous film, novel and theater play has gradually grown, still returning to the world stage.
