Sturmherta
Austrian artist, Daniel Haas, born 1992, lives and works in Linz / Austria, studies timebased and interactive media arts at university of arts Linz. His main project „Sturmherta“ emerged from the modular-synth community in 2017 as a synthesizer-performance-project. As he found interest in other related areas, like programming and visualisation, his works gained more variatey. They now reach from pure sound performances over audio-visual compositions to immersive installations using big projections or physical objects. The passion of tweaking and pushing machines to their weirdest corners, beyond their usual functions, discovering unknown fields of sonic pleasure, is the origin of Sturmhertas motivation.
