Stanisław Słowiński Quintet

Stanisław Słowiński is the winner of many awards and distinctions, including the Grand Prix of the 39th Jazz Juniors or the Audience Award at the 1st Zbigniew Seifert Violin Competition. With his band, he recorded two studio albums - Landscapes Too Easy To Explain and Visions | Between Love and Death, which were released internationally by the Hevhetia label. Both albums received an extremely warm reception from fans and music critics. He has been nominated several times in the "Violinist" and "New Hope" categories in the Jazz Top poll of Jazz Forum readers. Collaborates with chamber and symphony orchestras, including Sinfonietta Cracovia, Krakow Chamber Orchestra, as well as internationally renowned artists; including Brian Eno, Ben Frost, Daniel Bjarnason, Elliot Goldenthal, Diego Navarro, Ludwig Wicki, Joe Hisaishi. He has arranged and composed dozens of works for ensembles of all kinds; from electronic pieces, for solo violin, string quartets, jazz ensembles and orchestral works. He is co-founder and producer of the InfraSound Studio in Krakow.
