Spite
Spite is an American deathcore band formed in 2014 in California. The band consists of vocalist Darius Tehrani, guitarist Alex Tehrani, and other musicians who perform with the band both live and in the studio. In their music, the band combines elements of deathcore, hardcore, and nu metal, and is known for its emphasis on aggressive vocals, rhythmic guitar work, and intense live performances.
The band released their debut album Spite in 2016, followed by the studio albums Nothing Is Beautiful (2017), The Root of All Evil (2019), and Dedication to Flesh (2022). During this period, Spite toured North America and Europe, performing alongside bands such as Suicide Silence, Carnifex, and Fit for an Autopsy.
Their latest work is the album New World Killer, released in 2025 via Rise Records. The album was produced by Will Putney and features tracks such as Lights Out, Looking Glass, and the title track New World Killer. The band continues to tour and has expanded its lineup to include drummer Travis Regnier.
