Silent Night: Kara-Lis Coverdale + Joshua Sabin + more

The 12th edition of an ongoing series of sleepover concerts will be held over the night from 11th to 12nd November at Divadlo Ponec, this time with producers dealing with post-humanist aesthetics. The main foreign guest will be the Canadian post-sacred world digital explorer Kara-Lis Coverdale with a special extended nocturnal set. Another Czech concert premiere will be held of the Subtext related Scottish producer Joshua Sabin whose mind-bending debut Terminus Drift is exclusively composed of field-recordings captured in transit through Kyoto, Tokyo, and Berlin, in addition to electromagnetic field recordings captured in Glasgow and Edinburgh. The Czech scene will be represented by the Prague based digital visionary eva01 (of BCAA system fame) collaborating with drone melancholia virtuoso Obelisk of Light. The soundtrack to waking up will be provided by Prague-based American multimedia artist Lloyd Dunn, the man behind the ongoing field-recordings filecast series nula.cc.
