Shandy & Eva
Shandy & Eva is an acoustic duo playing their own songs. Shandy (Shandrelica Casper) is a drummer who comes from the island of Curacao in the Caribbean, Eva (Ewa Żmijewska) is a guitarist from Warsaw. The girls both sing and compose, they met at the vocal department at the Los Angeles College of Music in Pasadena where they won the title of Associate Of Arts in Vocal Performance. During their studies, they began to give concerts and then write music together. Then Shandrelica graduated from the Los Angeles College of Music, and Ewa graduated from the California Institiute of the Arts. The duo gives concerts not only in the Los Angeles area, but also likes to visit Curacao or Poland, where they have many listeners. Shandy & Eva's music is in the broadly understood pop / singer-songwriter genre, but the girls are inspired by many other musical styles such as jazz, latin, world music and country.
