Saosin
Saosin is an American rock band formed in 2003 in California. The band originally consisted of Beau Burchell, Justin Shekoski, Zach Kennedy and Anthony Green. Their debut EP Translating the Name was released in the same year. However, Anthony Green left the band for personal reasons, which led to Cove Reber joining the band as lead singer in 2004. With Reber, the band released their self-titled debut album in 2006.
A second studio album In Search of Solid Ground was released in 2009 and featured re-recorded tracks from the previous EP The Grey EP. Cove Reber left the band in 2010, which led to its discontinuation. In 2013, Saosin reunited with all original members except Zach Kennedy and began touring again. In 2016, they released their third studio album Along the Shadow, which marked the return of Anthony Green to the lineup.
Saosin's musical style is often associated with emo and post-hardcore music, and the band is known for their vocal harmonies and distinctive solo guitar techniques. The band has undergone several lineup changes, leaving Beau Burchell as the only permanent member of the band since its inception.
