Precedens

Precedent is a Czech band that was born out of a very bizarre underground project Mental grave. First introduced to the audience in April 1982 in a report, which consisted of John Hedl, Martin Nemec, Petr Horacek Kohut and Mirko. A few months later, the report added Bara Basiková famous singer.
