Mono Inc. + Lacrimas Profundere

One of the leading German gothic rock bands returns to Poland. Mono Inc. will perform in June in Warsaw Progresja, with the Lacrimas Profundere as support.

Since the beginning of their activity, Mono Inc. has been distinguished by a characteristic sound, thanks to which the group has been at the top of German dark rock scene for years. Right after the stadium tour alongside Unheilig in 2010, the band started to play concerts at the biggest venues in Germany, which resulted in their popularity growing at a dizzying pace. The quartet has worked with Tilo Wolff (Lacrimosa) or Chris Charms (Lord of the Lost), and one of the fruits of these collaborations is the anthem of the gothic scene – Children of the Dark, which was included on the album Together Till the End. Over the course of more than 20 years of activity, the band has released 11 albums, and thanks to the last of them – The Book of Fire – they for the first time in history charted on the first place of best-selling albums in Germany. Lacrimas Profundere, who will perform as a support act this evening, was founded in 1993 by guitarist Oliver Schimd. In the beginning they were strongly inspired by doom metal, using female vocals and classical instruments. Over the years Lacrimas Profundere have made a name for themselves as one of the best bands in their genre.
