Mlody Kotek
Mlody Kotek is Lorelai b Woch, an Upper Silesian-born artist associated with the Warsaw independent music scene. Best known for their albums Stan stunt (2018) and Tychy (2019), released for Warsaw's Enjoy Life, which addressed issues of memory, nostalgia and trauma through the prism of textual magical realism and dreamlike reinterpretations of muzak and new age music. Lorelai keeps an eclectic musical practice, ranging from guitar music (New Age Speedball, Poimprezka, Heine Medin & the Polios) to electro-acoustic improv and musique concrete (the duo toksyczzne goraco). They co-organise the event series Rat 2 and run the Nagrania Records label with London sound artist Szalwia.
