Michał Libera
Sociologist working in the field of sound and music, recently mainly as an author of sound essays, experimental operas and radio forms as well as a producer and curator. He is the author of musical adaptations of Thomas Bernhard's Kalkwerk, Witold Gombrowicz's Kosmos, Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities. On these occasions he has collaborated with Hilary Jeffery, Pet Simonelli, Andrea Belfi, Le Quan Noth, Ingar Zach, Tomasz Nosiński, Rinus van Alebeek and others. He runs a conceptual-pop publishing house Populista devoted to overinterpretation of music and experiments with various sound narratives (tape music, installations, opera).
