Marko Hietala

Marko Hietala is a Finnish musician best known for his 2 decades of work with the band Nightwish, which he parted ways with in 2021. During this time, the bassist and vocalist was still (with a small break) an important part of the Tarot line-up, working additionally with Delain and Amorphis, among others, until he finally decided to focus on his solo career.
