Abgesagt: Late Company

It begins a bit like Yasmina Reza's God of Murder: two married couples meet to discuss the problem that has driven their children apart. But this time it won't be funny, because the subject doesn't inspire jokes either. Exclusion, cyberbullying, and finally suicide - these are the issues that the text raises and that have ignited post-show discussions among audiences in Canada and on the West End. How can this story resonate in Poland? In today's Poland? Late Visits is a fascinating play by a Canadian theatre's enfant terrible, Jordan Tannahill, not yet performed in Poland, but already highly regarded around the world. It will be directed by Iwona Kempa, who returns to the Słowacki Theatre.
