La Gare
Restaurant La Gare follows the Brasserie La Gare, which since its foundation in 2009 was considered the main representative of French cuisine in the Czech Republic. It underwent a complete reconstruction in early 2019 and continues where the original brasserie began. Despite the overall transformation of the interior - the kitchen and the expansion of the menu, they try to keep the original direction - fine dining, yet uncomplicated kitchen. The menu is created by the creative chef Jan Kvasnička who has experience from exclusive restaurants around the world.
