Shayna Steele is the New York jazz singer, songwriter and producer. On stage and in the recording studio Shayna proves that with her “vocal power” must be more to count. Has collaborated with a number of interesting musical personalities – touched electronic music along with the famous producer of this music – Moby since 2002 and regularly collaborates with pianist and composer David Cook. This is a musician who was accompanied by such celebrities as Natasha Bedingfield, e Mariann Faithfull and Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson. Steele and Cook hit it off musically and humanly and creative synergy has resulted in collaboration on their debut EP Shayna Steele in 2004. Soul-funk single “High Yella” Shayninu started a successful solo career. She and her band have since shared the stage with music stars such as George Clinton, Sugar Hill Gang and Grammy winner, composer and trumpeter Dave Douglas. Sung many separate club gigs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Milan, Rome and Zurich and on both sides of the Atlantic has created a large audience base.
