KaSS is the centre of Český Těšín, which includes a cinema, cultural centre, observatory at the Těšín Theatre, performances and exhibitions. It is a complex of buildings but the centre also uses outdoor spaces, such as ČSA Square, Adam Sikora Park or the area under the Piast Tower.
