Kladenský symfonický orchestr
The Kladno Symphony Orchestra is a member of the Czech, European and World Association of Non-Professional, Chamber and Symphony Ensembles. The current conductor of the orchestra is prof. Vlastimil Mareš and since 2007 also Bc. Karel Procházka. Dramaturgy is based on Czech works, represented mainly by the period of classicism and neo-romanticism. The works of Antonín Dvořák are the most played, while compositions by Mendelssohn, Brahms, Tchaikovsky, Grieg, Mussorgsky, Scriabin, Suk and other composers are also performed.
