Kerberos Ensemble

The classical trio consisting of oboe, guitar and vocals was formed in 2014 during studies at the Prague Conservatory.

Musical cooperation of oboist Magdaléna Kyselovičová (née Klárová), guitarist Nikola Liederhaus (née Prokopcova) and Kristina Kubová draws inspiration from their long-term friendship. At the age of twelve, they entered the Gymnasium Jan Neruda, where together they went through eight years of studies. After the final exam, singer Kristina Kubová went to study to study solo singing at the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts in Brno. Magdaléna and Nikola remained classmates. After the graduation exam, they were both were accepted into the fifth year of the Prague Conservatory. For several years, they the Duo Kerberos became an oboe-guitar trio. After graduating from the conservatory they entered the Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Prague, where in chamber music under the guidance of guitarist Pavel Steidl and clarinetist Štěpán Koutník. In 2020, they got their Master’s degree together. In 2019, the duo won 2nd place in the international performance competition in Chieri, Italy.
