Karolína Pelíšková aka Kaya is a Czech singer.
She was introduced to singing in the first grade when she joined the choir of the Czech Radio. In 2021, when she was only fourteen, she started writing her own lyrics and creating melodies. In 2022, she released her first songs. In 2023, her second single I Think I Don't Understand made her the youngest Czech artist to appear on a billboard in New York's Times Square as part of the Spotify Equal campaign. In May 2024, she released her first EP, I Am Supposed to Be Sad.
