Johannes Schuster

Johannes Schuster is a German DJ and electronic music producer focused on techno, based in Cologne. He began DJing during his teenage years, initially collecting vinyl records, which later developed into a professional career. Schuster is a resident DJ for the Unreal and 3Ø3 event series and for events at the Artheater club in Cologne. His DJ sets have been presented at various techno events and festivals across Europe.

In 2024, he made his debut with a Boiler Room set in which he presents a combination of techno styles, including acid, hard techno, groove, and trance.

Johannes Schuster founded the music label 7E6D (Seven Emotions, Six Desires), through which he releases his own music as well as projects connected with other artists. Within the label, tracks have been released that combine techno rhythms with elements of other genres, such as the collaboration Herz am Rasen with 9inebrom and the single Surrender, created in collaboration with DJ Mad Dog.

Among his released projects is the album Affection, which was released via the 7E6D label and includes a track created with DJ Mad Dog as well as other collaborators.

Johannes Schuster’s recent releases include the single Body Control, which was released in November 2025.
