Jerna
Jerna is a folk metal band, hailing from Krakow. The seven musicians – the line-up includes drums, electric guitar, bass, flute, growl, clean singing and hurdy-gurdy – combine a love of heavy sounds with a strong touch of Polish folk and related phenomena. The band released its first EP in 2018, beginning a journey through styles from classic rock and metal riffs to their current progressive, intricate ouvre. Jerna's first full-length Ćmy, recorded with hurdy-gurdyist Michalina Malisz, was released in 2022.
