Iza Połońska
A singer who sings in various styles from classical music to acting song and jazz. Doctor of music arts, vocal coach. Graduate of the Academy of Music in Łódź and the Academy of Music in Wrocław. She has participated in courses run by: Teresa Żylis-Gara, Tom Karuse, Ingrid Kremling and Anna Serafińska. A special place in her artistic output is also occupied by cooperation (while still a student) with the Łódź composer Piotr Hertl. From 2003 to 2009 she gave intensive concerts in Europe: She has given concerts in France, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Germany and Italy. The last two years have filled her concerts with Polish Philharmonic Orchestras with the project Połońska śpiewa Osiecką, co-created with Leszek Kołodziejski. In January 2019 the premiere of their next joint project Młynarski Symfoniecznie took place, and on 9 May in the National Forum of Music the premiere of the latest album of Iza Połońska and Leszek Kołodziejski took place, Pejzaż bez Ciebie with songs by Jeremi Przybora and Jerzy Wasowski.
