Insidius play death metal. The band from Olsztyn started their official activity in 2013 at the Szymon Czech memories festival. They made their debut in 2016 with Shadows Of Humanity, which was promoted on a series of concerts with Trauma and the Imperium Poloniae 2016 tour with Vader and Infernal War.
