Hot Brew, a “four-man big band” from Czechia and Romania, brings a unique approach to classic repertoire from the swing era. Music you know and love from Count Basie, Duke Ellington, Sidney Bechet, and many more. This unusual setting of accordion, saxophone, acoustic guitar, and bass brings a fresh new take on small band authentic swing. Whether they pour their soul into a slow and alluring blues, breathe new life into a well-known big band gem, or tackle a breakneck tempo.
