Hlasoplet
Hlasoplet is a male acappella group that was founded in the spring of 2003 in the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen.
The group impresses with its naturalness, precision, variety, wit and a wide range of vocal registers - from deep bass to cultivated falsetto pitches. These elements have quickly won over audiences. The repertoire, originally composed of spirituals, was gradually expanded to include jazz tunes, pop tunes and lighter songs in the style of the 1930s, all in distinctive arrangements.
Hlasoplet currently performs with two tenors, two basses and a beatboxer. Their repertoire includes world and Czech evergreens, modern songs and original compositions. The group regularly performs in the Czech Republic and abroad, where they appeal to listeners with their unique combination of tradition and contemporary music.
