Culinary workshop: Wheat bread

Classes in the 9th edition of the CookUp Academy, the original cooking course from scratch. This time the theme of the meeting will be wheat bread. The program includes theoretical and practical part. The classes will be conducted by Szymon Tomiło. In the program: preparing leaven, preparing the proper dough, stretching the dough, forming loaves of bread, making wheat bread with your favorite additions. In addition, participants will also prepare herb butter for the bread. The meeting will end with a tasting of jointly prepared bread. Everyone will take a jar of leaven and a basket to grow bread to continue baking traditions at home.
