Etnochowa
Ethnochowa is an association of fans and enthusiasts of ethnic rhythms and percussion instruments. The main methodology of the group's activities is meditation, relaxation and trance based on shamanic traditional rhythms and rituals originating mainly from North and West Africa. The group also runs integration classes with music therapy elements for children, people with disabilities, as well as team building meetings. The group has played and conducted classes at events such as Pheasants, Uroczysko, Organic Festival, Grass Roots Festival, Cultural Night and abroad in the Sahara in Mhamid el Ghizlane, among others. At present, EtnoChowa organises cyclical workshops in Częstochowa and the Sahara to learn how to play traditional rhythms from West Africa, which are open to everyone regardless of age and musical experience.
