The Warsaw band Embitter play the kind of metalcore that purists call true; inspired by genre pioneers like Integrity and Unbroken, but more aggressive and chaotic, at times even veering confidently into black metal territory. Formed in 2016, they have since self-released two EPs and debuted for the UK hardcore imprint The Coming Strife with their first LP Reinventing Gravity in 2023.
