Edka Jarząb
Edka Jarząb is a sound artist from Sokolow, who individually and collectively creates performative works that encourage the practice of deep listening. She was a resident at the prestigious experimental studio WORM in Rotterdam and is also a permanent member of the Brussels-based platform Q-O2. Using augmented voice techniques, electronics, radio waves and field recordings, she forms educational and exploratory soundscapes, building a bridge between the public and private spheres and highlighting the role of music as a form of social resistance.
