Dusker
The quartet Dusker formed in 2019 in Leicester; they play angular, catchy post-punk with shouted vocals in the vein of their contemporaries from the so-called post-Brexit new wave or artsy 1980s punk acts like Minutemen or the Contortions. They play songs about community, idealism and lifting each other up, and their two EPs released so far, as well as great live shows, have earned them a contract with MUZAI Records, recognition in their native UK (such as on BBC Introducing) and radio presence in Europe, America and Asia.
