Danuta Błażejczyk

She debuted in 1972 in an amateur band 31 Mil. She later worked with Fly, with whom she sang rock songs and jazz standards. In 1976 she won the 7th Review of Vocalists and Music Ensembles of the Lublin Region in Świdnik. The award was a performance at the Opole Festival, but Błażejczyk resigned from it. She accepted the offer of singing in Maryla Rodowicz's band. In 1979 she gave concerts with her own ensemble in Switzerland and Finland. In 1985 she obtained professional stage qualifications and received a proposal to cooperate with Włodzimierz Korcz and Wojciech Młynarski. Their song Taki miracle i miód debuted in 1985 on the professional song scene in Opole, where she won a special award for her artistic individuality. She recorded her first album Danuta Błażejczyk: Taki cud i miód.
