Cut
Cut, who present themselves under the name CUT_ ("Cutunderscore"), is a Dutch electronic duo from Amsterdam. It consists of Sebastiaan Dutilh and singer Belle Doron.
The duo has been active since 2014 and their work is influenced by projects such as Massive Attack, Flume or Jamie xx. They have already managed to showcase their deep pop interspersed with synths and crisp vocals on several projects, the first of which was an EP called Patterns. Their debut album is titled A Small Group of Individuals and features 12 tracks, some of which were originally released as singles. This album also featured the track Out of Touch, which earned a separate remix EP that was released in 2019, as well as the debut album. In 2022, they released another album titled Egolove. The duo's breakthrough track was a cover of Papaoutai by musician Stromae.
