Chór Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Katowicach

The choir was founded in March 2006 and consists of students, graduates and employees of the University of Economics and people from outside the University. It sings at academic ceremonies, participates in music projects (stationary and remote), regional events, occasional celebrations, gives concerts at home and abroad, takes part in national and international competitions and choral festivals. The ensemble has won many prizes in choral competitions, including: in Tychy The choir presents classical, sacred, popular and folk music, sings in various languages, organises occasional meetings of choristers, and since 2018 we are the organiser of the Metropolitan Choral Festival.
