Central Cee is a London-based rapper whose debut mixtape Wild West rocketed to number two on the UK's best-selling albums chart. Critics were ecstatic, claiming that a new king of British drill had just been born. Central Cee has just followed suit, releasing another mixtape, entitled 23, which includes the hit Obsessed With You.
