Catch Your Breath is an American rock band from Austin, Texas, formed in 2017. The group consists of four members: vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herrera, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez. The band blends elements of alternative rock, post-hardcore, and metalcore.
In 2017, they released their debut single Burn. Their breakthrough came in 2022 with the singles Shame on Me and Dial Tone. In October 2023, the band released their debut studio album titled Shame On Me.
Other notable singles by the band include Savages, No Evil, Y.S.K.W, and Perfect World, the latter created in collaboration with Ryan Oakes. The band has also performed at festivals such as Sonic Temple and Welcome To Rockville.
