Boto Open Air: Adam Golicki Trio

The Adam Golicki Trio will perform at Sopot's Boto Theatre in the line-up: Adam Golicki on drums, Maciej Grzywacz on guitar and Piotr Lemańczyk on bass. Adam Golicki is a percussionist, a graduate of Jazz and Stage Music at the University of Zielona Góra in Marcin Jahr's drumming class and a graduate of Jazz at the Instrumental Department of the Academy of Music in Wrocław in Dr Dariusz Kaliszuk's class. Maciej Grzywacz is a Polish guitarist, composer and arranger. He has six original albums to his credit - the latest is Connected, recorded with Scandinavian musicians. Previous albums include: Solo - recorded entirely on classical guitar, Black Wine, featuring double bassist Yasushi Nakamura and drummer Clarence Penn from New York. Piotr Lemańczyk is considered to be one of the most outstanding Polish jazz bassists. He performs and records with the most eminent names in world jazz such as Jerry Bergonzi, Walter Smith 3, Seamus Blake, Dave Kikoski, Tim Hagans, Brian Melvin, Walter Smith III, Gary Novak, Avishai Cohen and others.
