Blako

Aleksander Chemeze Odu a.k.a. Blako is a Czech rapper from Prague.

"Your favourite rapper's favourite rapper" – a label that has been adopted for the Prague artist on the Czech scene, applies without fail. Blako started out on the streets of Prague and was part of a crew that included Pain. Later he collaborated on albums by Yzomandias, Hasan, Hogo Toxxx, Jickson, Grey256, KOJA, the aforementioned Pain and Sensei. He made his album debut with Roaming in 2020, only to return after a nearly two-year hiatus with Bloom (2022). The project features collaborations with artists from the Czechoslovak hip-hop scene, including names like Calin, Yzomandias, and Nik Tendo. In 2024, he came up with the collaborative album Ve špatný čas na správnym místě (In the Wrong Place at the Right Time) with rapper Hasan.
