Barbora Kabátková-Sojková
Barbora Kábátková is the artistic director and dramaturge of the Tiburtina Ensemble, which performs in concert halls around the world. Barbora is a soprano and plays medieval harp and psaltery. She can be found on Czech and international stages in collaboration with leading ensembles such as Collegium Vocale Gent, Collegium Marianum, Collegium 1704, Musica Florea, Cappella Mariana, La Grand Chapelle, Concerto Palatino, Il Gardellino, Ricercar Consort, etc. She graduated in Choral Music and Musicology at the Faculty of Philosophy of Charles University. She also enjoys contemporary music and has performed with the Berg Orchestra, Ostrava Banda and the NDR Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.
