Ashanti Mutinta is a Zambian-born rapper currently based in Montreal. She burst into the limelight in 2020, winning Canada's most important Polaris Music Prize for her album God Has Nothing to Do with This Leave Him Out of It. She has since released an entire trilogy of suffering - albums filled with despair and anger, horrorcore and trap metal.
