Workshop Ikarské hry

Icarian games is acroyoga's dynamic cousin, and a really fun accessible way of learning some new partner acrobatics. This workshop will focus on learning the basic Icarian games positions, and training simple ways of getting into and out of these positions.

All workshop-takers, please bring tight clothes.

If you know that you are pregnant, this may not be the workshop for you. There are a lot of basic positions that can touch the uterus if the feet slip.

If you would like to be a porter, please check that you can hold your legs at a 90º angle fairly comfortably. If not, this workshop might be too challenging for your back.

Other than that, come ready to learn! You do NOT need to have a partner when you sign up.
