Elektronische Musik | The project was born in Amsterdam in 2013, the brainchild of 24 year old, italian multi-instrumentalist: Alessio Festuccia. A l e f e has synthesized disparate influences from Pink Floyd to Flying Lotus, along with his experiences playing keyboard and singing in a number of bands in a quest to find his own place in the musical world. His music inhabits a sonic universe populated by hundreds of ambient sounds recorded in his house or out in nature; these tickling and cracking noises provide the mellow beats ground to stand on. Vibrating warm 70's electric pianos, thick percussion and ethereal and unusual vocal samples are trademarks of A l e f e's signature sound.
